The British Ambassador Of Soul, David Nathan Presents…

I am thrilled to announce that The Soul Music Hall Of Fame has now been relaunched!

Starting on July 11th, 2026, you can vote in six categories, honoring the global and vibrant contribution made by recording and performing artists – past and present – in the world of soul music and related genres.

We began The Soul Music Hall Of Fame in 2012 and have inducted dozens of artists, all (and only) by public vote. You can find a list of all previous inductees by clicking the ‘Archives’ category.

We have streamlined the voting process which remains by public vote ONLY. To vote, you must register (with email address). You can only vote once in each category.

There is only one round of voting which lasts for two weeks after which voters will receive an email with a list of winners prior to the full public announcement.

You can find full instructions on the top of each of the categories along with the definitions for each and you don’t have to vote in all of the categories!
